Dr Gianina has worked as Consultant Rheumatologist in the UK before moving to UAE. She has completed 2 fellowships in Rheumatology at the Academic Medical Centre, Amsterdam and University of Glasgow , United Kingdom. She is currently part of the Abu Dhabi’s Department of Health Task force, that recently published the first UAE guidelines in the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Dr Gianina is also a lecturer at Khalifa University School of Medicine. Out of clinic time, Dr. Gianina is hosting patient education groups trying to raise awareness on autoimmune disorder and improve patient knowledge on their disease.”
