Dr. El-Najjar is an accomplished Consultant Physician in Clinical Hematology who also serves as Director of Undergraduate and Advanced Programs. With 20 years of clinical, academic, and research experience across the UAE and the United Kingdom, she has held several prominent positions and has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to clinical excellence and medical education.

She previously worked as a Consultant Hematologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in central London and served as an Honorary Consultant at King’s College London. Dr. El-Najjar also served as Lead Educational Supervisor for hematology core medical trainees at Guy’s Hospital in partnership with the London Deanery.

She has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented her work at leading international meetings, including those of the American Society of Hematology and the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation. Dr. El-Najjar is dedicated to providing evidence-based hematology care guided by the latest research, while also supporting the education and professional development of future healthcare practitioners.
