Dr. Anna Miroshnichenkova is an esteemed medical biochemist and clinical laboratory scientist with 13 years of experience since beginning her academic journey in 2011. She earned her Master of Science in Medical Biochemistry from Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University in 2014, followed by a Doctor of Clinical Laboratory Science (MD) from the Dmitry Rogachev National Research Center of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Immunology in 2016. Her career initiated as a student trainee at the Immunology Laboratory of Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University from 2011 to 2014, demonstrating her early commitment to the field. This commitment was further evidenced by her role as a Trainee Researcher at the National Institute of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in Rockville, MD, USA, in 2013.
From 2015 to 2022, Dr. Miroshnichenkova’s research pursuits continued at the Rogachev National Research Center of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Immunology, where she served with distinction as a Junior Research Fellow and Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Her research has been pivotal in leukemia, clonality, minimal residual disease, and the genomics of adaptive immunity, significantly impacting the understanding of human T- and B-cell receptor repertoires and clonal evolution of tumor cells through the application of high-throughput sequencing technologies.
Dr. Miroshnichenkova’s expertise is not limited to her research topics; her extensive skill set includes proficiency with Illumina MiSeq, RNA and DNA manipulation, PCR-based techniques, NGS library preparation, wet-lab experimentation, and data analysis.
