ADSCC was established to launch regenerative medicine and cellular therapy in the UAE.
We performed the UAE’s first bone marrow transplant for blood cancer. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we obtained a patent for UAECell19©, a treatment using stem cell nebulization, and used it to treat more than 20,000 patients.

We performed the Middle East’s first bone marrow transplant for a patient living with multiple sclerosis.
ADSCC was recognized as Abu Dhabi’s Center of Excellence in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation. We also introduced the region’s first CAR-T therapy for pediatric leukemia, offering new hope to young cancer patients.
We expanded our research and clinical focus into anti-aging, diabetes, immune diseases, tumors, genetic therapies, 3D bioprinting, neurological disorders and degenerative conditions (see Research and Innovation below).
In 2024, ADSCC became the UAE’s first and only cellular therapy institute to earn accreditation from the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT). FACT is recognized worldwide as the leading accrediting body for cellular therapy programs, and its accreditation confirms that our clinical, laboratory and quality standards meet international benchmarks.
In 2023, ADSCC was recognized as Abu Dhabi’s Center of Excellence in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, reflecting our leadership in bone marrow and stem cell transplants in the UAE.
ADSCC holds 8 intellectual properties, including AD-BMT© and UAECell19©. UAECell19©, a treatment using stem cell nebulization, was used to treat more than 20,000 COVID-19 patients.
ADSCC operates the region’s largest GMP-certified laboratories, more than 15 specialized labs and a growing team of international scientists, all under one roof in Abu Dhabi.
Our Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) laboratories are the largest in the region. They enable the local manufacturing of CAR-T cells, stem cell therapies and nanobody bioproducts, supporting breakthroughs in cellular medicine and ongoing clinical research.

Yes. ADSCC performed the UAE’s first bone marrow transplant for blood cancer in 2020 and has completed more than 175 bone marrow transplants.
Yes. ADSCC introduced the region’s first CAR-T therapy for pediatric leukemia in 2023 and the Middle East’s first CAR-T therapy for lupus in 2024. More than 20 CAR-T therapies have been performed.
Yes. In 2024, ADSCC launched the UAE’s first fertility cryopreservation service for children undergoing critical medical treatments.
