Monitors the effectiveness of clinical services and teams, supports physical rehabilitation projects and complex practice requirements. Draws on strong relationship management skills with seniors and external stakeholders, including experience of engaging with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) programes in the delivery of physiotherapy (PRP, P&O) initiatives. Directs the impact of physiotherapists, physical therapists, and support staff in the delivery of world-class clinical services.
